The Gauteng police are appealing to the public for any information that could lead to the arrest and successful conviction of Dennis Nyatsunga, also known as “Shumba.”
Nyatsunga is a wanted suspect in the brutal murder of four people, including two young girls, in the Soshanguve/Akasia area.
The horrific incident occurred on June 2nd, when Nyatsunga allegedly set a shack on fire, claiming the lives of two girls aged 4 and 7. The tragic event has sent shockwaves through the community, prompting law enforcement to intensify their efforts to bring the perpetrator to justice.
Major General Mbuso Khumalo, leading the investigation, has urged anyone with information to come forward.
“We are committed to ensuring that justice is served for the innocent lives lost in this senseless act of violence. We believe that someone out there knows something that can help us apprehend this dangerous individual,” stated Maj Gen Khumalo.
The police have assured the public that all information provided will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

To incentivize the community’s cooperation, a substantial reward is being offered for any information that leads to Nyatsunga’s arrest and conviction.
